I have never used a software for vacation rentals before. Is Stays the right choice for me?

Is there any software deployment fee?

Do I need to have an account on channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia to use the Channel Manager?

Yes, you will need to create an account for your business directly with the websites. We will assist you with this process because we have rapid communication with major vacation rental channels, as we are their official partners.

Does the contract have a minimum stay?

Yes, we have an initial fidelity of 6 months, as it is the time required to have amazing results with the system. After this time, if you are not satisfied, you can request cancellation at any time by e-mail and you will have 30 days of use to save your important information.

Can I have a trial version?
