We at Stays Brasil Tecnologia e Informática S.A. (“Stays”), registered under National Register of Legal Entities No. 26.210.199/0001-76, take your privacy and the protection of your data seriously. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DOES STAYS TREAT?
The types of Personal Data and the way Stays collects them vary according to your interaction with our websites or when you hire our Services.
We list below some situations in which we treat your Personal Data in the context of your relationship with Stays:
Browsing data of website visitors (used IP addresses, clicks, and visit times)
These are information collected indirectly when you access our websites. A cookie is inserted in your browser to identify how many times you returned to our website.
These data are used to enable Stays' marketing campaigns, if it is understood that, by your activity on our website, you have the profile of a potential customer.
Name, phone, email, field in which it operates, and quantity of listings it offers
Data that you choose to provide us through your interactions with our forms, landing pages, emails, when you interact with our materials, content, and when you hire our services.
This information allows our activities to be directed to what you expect to receive from us. Among these actions, we can highlight:

WHO DOES STAYS SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?
Stays operates in partnership with a number of other organizations to enable its activities. Therefore, when using the platform or adhering to the Terms of Use, you understand that Stays, in its legitimate interest, to promote its activities, or when necessary for the execution of contracts or procedures preliminary to them, shares your personal data with partner service providers and with affiliates, affiliated and other companies that have a capital relationship with Stays. You can request from Stays confirmation of the existence of treatment of your Personal Data so that, if positive, you can access them, including by requesting copies of the records we have about you.

You can request the correction of your Personal Data if they are incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

Anonymization: occurs when Personal Data can no longer be related to you and, therefore, are no longer considered Personal Data;
Blocking:
temporary suspension of the possibility of processing your Personal Data;
Deletion:
discarding or deleting your Personal Data.
You can request any of these actions if you understand that the Personal Data provided by you are unnecessary, excessive, or are being treated in non-compliance with the law by Stays.
Portability
You can request that Stays provide your Personal Data in a structured and interoperable format, in the terms of the regulation issued by the National Data Protection Authority, aiming at their transfer to a third party, provided that this transfer does not violate the intellectual property or business secret of Stays.
Information about sharing
You have the right to know which public and private entities Stays shares your Personal Data with. If you have doubts or want more details, you have the right to request this information from us. Depending on the case, we may limit the information provided to you, if the disclosure could violate the intellectual property or business secret of Stays or third parties.
Information about the possibility of not consenting
You have the right to receive clear and complete information about the possibility and the consequences of not providing consent when it is requested by Stays. Your consent, when necessary, must be free and informed. Therefore, whenever we ask for your consent, you will be free to deny it – in these cases, it is possible that some services cannot be provided.
Revocation of consent
If you have consented to any purpose of processing your Personal Data, you can always choose to withdraw your consent. However, this will not affect the legality of any processing carried out before the revocation. If you withdraw your consent, it is possible that we may be unable to provide you with certain services, but we will inform you when this occurs.
Opposition
The law authorizes the processing of Personal Data even without your consent or a contract with us. In these situations, we will only process your Personal Data if we have legitimate reasons to do so. HOW LONG ARE PERSONAL DATA STORED?

If you use our products and services, download our content, or interact with our platform, your information will be kept as long as you keep an active account or during your relationship with us.
HOW DOES STAYS PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Our responsibility is to take care of your Personal Data and use them only for the purposes described in this Policy.
